The current contract term expires on <br /> June 30, 2025. Continuation of these services ensures the ability of the Asset Management <br /> Service maintenance team to monitor and manage HVAC issues across sixteen (16) County <br /> facilities. Staff recommends renewal of the contract for an additional 12-month term (July 1, 2025, <br /> to June 30, 2026), under the same terms and conditions. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The County's annual payment of $93,100 is included in the Manager's <br /> Recommended FY 2025-26 budget. <br /> ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC PLAN: This item supports: <br /> • MISSION STATEMENT — Orange County is a visionary leader in providing governmental <br /> services valued by our community, beyond those required by law, in an equitable, <br /> sustainable, innovative and efficient way. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the contract <br /> renewal with Siemens for HVAC controls and building automation services for FY 2025-26 and <br /> authorize the Manager to sign as necessary. <br />
