The current contract term expires on June 30, 2025. Continuation of these <br /> services ensures the safety of staff and the community at the parking deck. Staff recommends <br /> renewal of the contract for an additional 12-month term (July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026), under <br /> the same terms and conditions. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The County's annual payment of $97,925 is included in the Manager's <br /> Recommended FY 2025-26 budget. <br /> ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC PLAN: This item supports: <br /> • GOAL 2: HEALTHY COMMUNITY <br /> OBJECTIVE 6. Provide sustainable, equitable, and high-quality community safety and <br /> emergency services to meet the community's evolving needs. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve the contract <br /> renewal with SunStates Security for security guard services at the Eno River Parking Deck for FY <br /> 2025-26 and authorize the Manager to sign as necessary. <br />
