This notification is occurring in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.7 Special Use Permits of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). The request includes proposed changes to the conditions regarding seasonal play in the original SUP and a site plan revision proposing the addition of accessory structures for maintenance and on-site service facilities. Per Section 2.17.14 of the UDO,these plan changes are considered major and require the BOA to approve the change. The request will be reviewed by the Orange County Board of Adjustment at 7:00 p.m., June 11, 2025, at the Whitted Meeting Facility (300 West Tryon Street,Hillsborough,NC).
