Consistent with the submitted Special Use Permit application, and for public safety <br /> purposes as required in Section 5.3.2 (B) (2), proposed outdoor athletic fields shall only <br /> be used to support the playing of cricket matches and practices. No other recreational <br /> activities are proposed for the property; <br /> 2. For public safety purposes as required in Section 5.3.2 (13)(2), a street address sign be <br /> assigned by Orange County Land Records, consistent with the County Addressing <br /> Ordinance, prior to the commencement of recreational activities; <br /> 3. Consistent with the submitted Special Use Permit application, applicant testimony, and <br /> for public safety purposes as required in Section 5.3.2 (13)(2), cricket play shall only: <br /> a. Occur from the months of April through November, <br /> b. Be played during weekends and long weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) <br /> with practices being limited to four days a week for no more than 4 hours <br /> during daylight hours, and <br /> C. Permission to conduct wash-out games (make-up games) during <br /> weekdays but limited to some weekdays (not every week). <br /> 4. Consistent with the submitted Special Use Permit application, and for public safety <br /> purposes as required in Section 5.3.2 (B) (2), matches are for social/recreational <br /> purposes only. Use of the recreation facility will not be part of a professional league <br /> associated with earning prize money or other form of monetary gain for participants; <br /> 5. There shall be no use of Holly Creek Lane to support activities on the property (i.e. field <br /> access, parking, or staging of vehicles with the exception of public safety vehicles <br /> responding to an emergency); <br /> 6. In accordance with UDO Section 5.7.2 Recreational Facilities, Section 6.8. Landscaping, <br /> Buffers, & Tree Protection, and the submitted site plan, a 30 ft. land use buffer shall be <br /> preserved around the perimeter of the recreational facility to screen it from adjacent <br /> parcels; <br /> 7. The recreational facility shall not use outdoor lighting. If the applicants wish to install <br /> lighting, they shall submit a request for modification of the approved Special Use Permit <br /> pursuant to UDO Sections 2.7.15 (10) and 2.7.15 (E) Changes to Approved Plans; <br /> 8. No amplified sound shall be permitted on-site; <br /> 9. The recreational facility may use portable toilets, which shall be: <br /> a. Serviced after every event within 72-hours, <br /> b. Screened with a wall consistent with approved site plan, and <br /> c. Removed from the site at the conclusion of the cricket season, no later than <br /> the end of November every calendar year. <br /> Permanent toilet facilities may be used as indicated on the Site Plan and permitted by <br /> Environmental Health. <br /> 10. Solid waste shall be contained in garbage and recycling receptacles on-site and shall <br /> be emptied by participants and the conclusion of each event or practice; <br />
