48 <br /> buffer shall be preserved around the perimeter of the recreational facility to screen it <br /> from adjacent parcels; <br /> 7. The recreational facility shall not use outdoor lighting. If the applicants wish to install <br /> lighting, they shall submit a request for modification of the approved Special Use <br /> Permit pursuant to UDO Sections 2.7.15 (10) and 2.7.15 (E) Changes to Approved <br /> Plans; <br /> 8. No amplified sound shall be permitted on-site; <br /> 9. The recreational facility shall use portable toilets,which shall be: <br /> a. Serviced after every event within 72 hours, <br /> b. Screened with a wall consistent with approved site plan, and <br /> C. Removed from the site at the conclusion of the cricket season, no later <br /> than the amend of Oeteber-November every calendar year. <br /> 10. Solid waste shall be contained in garbage and recycling receptacles on-site and shall be <br /> emptied by participants and the conclusion of each event or practice; <br /> 11. Applicant shall secure a driveway permit from the NC Department of Transportation <br /> prior to the commencement of land disturbing activities for the driveway off of Old <br /> Greensboro Road; <br /> 12. Development shall abide by the general standards of the Unified Development <br /> Ordinance (UDO) as detailed in Article 6 and the specific standards contained in <br /> Section 5.7.2; <br /> 13. Consistent with applicant testimony from the December 14, 2020 and January 11, 2021 <br /> Board of Adjustment public hearing(s), and the updated site plan/screening exhibit, no <br /> more than 46 cars shall be on-site at any time during a cricket match or practice. <br /> Further, all parking areas shall be screened(improved and overflow) consistent with the <br /> provisions of Section 6.8.7 of the UDO; <br /> 14. In accordance with UDO Sections 5.2 Table of Permitted Uses and 5.7.2 Recreational <br /> Facilities, activities allowed to occur on the property shall be in accordance with the <br /> submitted application package, site plan, and narrative as reviewed by the Orange <br /> County Board of Adjustment on January 25, 2021. <br /> Furthermore, the site plan shall be updated and included as part of the site plan <br /> submittal for development permits; <br /> 15. The applicants shall obtain all applicable development permits from the County <br /> consistent with the approved SUP, including but not limited to: Erosion Control; <br /> Stormwater; and Zoning Compliance; <br /> 16. In accordance with UDO Section 2.7.12 (C) Conditions of Approval, if any condition <br /> of this Special Use Permit is held invalid or void, then this Special Use Permit shall be <br /> void in its entirety and of no effect; <br /> 17. In accordance with UDO Section 2.7.12 (D) Conditions of Approval, the Special Use <br /> Permit shall expire automatically within 12 months of the date of approval if the use <br /> 3 <br />
