Approved and Revised Site Plans Planner 1 <br /> (919) 245-2571 <br /> PURPOSE: To review modification to the original Site Plan and Conditions approved for the <br /> February 25, 2022, Holly Creek Lane Special Use Permit (SUP) (A-4-20), which allowed for the <br /> establishment of a "Recreational Facility". This request is in accordance with the approved SUP and <br /> the modification provisions of: <br /> ■ Section 2.7: Special Uses, <br /> ■ Section 2.7.14 Special Use Permits- Modifications to Approved Plans; and <br /> ■ Section 5.2: Table of Permitted Uses; <br /> ■ Section 5.3.2:Application of Use Standards— Special Uses, <br /> ■ Section 5.7.2: Recreational Facilities <br /> BACKGROUND: The basic facts concerning the current application are as follows: <br /> Proposal: As detailed within Attachment 2, the applicant proposes to only modify the approved <br /> SUP to 1) revise the Site Plan to allow for the addition of accessory structures for equipment <br /> storage and on-site service facilities; and 2) amend the previously-approved hours and months <br /> of operation.
