Establish baseline and increase by 5 per year <br /> the number of individuals moved from Bridge <br /> Housing programs to stable permanent houl i�- <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked if the actual gap in housing was considered when <br /> creating performance measure 1. <br /> Travis Myren said the measure was bound by funding limitations in the CIP. <br /> Commissioner Greene said that when thinking of housing, towns should be considered <br /> since most of the housing needs are there. <br /> Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked if they know what numbers each municipality is <br /> addressing. <br /> Chair Bedford said that is one of the red boxes they submitted for the Land Use Plan. She <br /> said that she thinks that Chapel Hill has a study and they think that Chapel Hill has plans to build <br /> the 9,000 in the town. <br /> Commissioner Portie-Ascott said not everyone is going to want to live in town, some will <br /> want to live in the county. <br /> Commissioner Carter asked if the distinction could be made by those that are funded by <br /> the county vs. those that are not funded by the county. <br />
