Revised 01/24 <br />VENDOR REQ 8 <br /> <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of termination due to non-funding, County <br />shall be responsible for any invoices covering the initial project development fees or for <br />services already performed, or any outstanding fees or invoices, and all such amounts <br />owed shall become due immediately. <br />h. Signatures. This Agreement together with any amendments or modifications may be <br />executed electronically. All electronic signatures affixed hereto evidence the consent of <br />the Parties to utilize electronic signatures and the intent of the Parties to comply with <br />Article 11A and Article 40 of North Carolina General Statute Chapter 66. <br />i. Notices.
