<br />8 <br />20. Use of Name and Dissemination of Information. The COUNTY reserves the right to <br />share TABLE’s contact and basic demographic information with governmental and non- <br />profit organizations. The COUNTY may not share TABLE’s information with other <br />individuals or companies without prior written permission from TABLE. Either party has <br />the right to use the other’s name and other’s internet or social media posts in its advertising <br />and promotional materials. <br /> <br />21. Public Records. TABLE acknowledges that farm records reported to the COUNTY <br />per the terms of the License are public records and subject to public records requests. <br /> <br />22. Survival. Those terms that by their nature necessarily survive termination of this <br />Agreement shall survive, including but not limited to those provisions dealing with <br />insurance and indemnification. <br /> <br />23. Notices. Signatures.
