<br />11 <br />Exhibit B <br /> <br />PURPOSE <br /> <br />Farming Activities and Equipment at Property <br /> <br /> <br />Scope of Activity: Planting, maintaining, and harvesting organic vegetables for the purpose of <br />distributing produce to children in Orange County, NC in need of additional nutritious food. One <br />part-time contractor will support and oversee the operations of the farm as well as manage <br />volunteers. A tractor to till the soil and prepare the beds may be required one time per year, at <br />most. The tractor shall enter the Property at the designated access point in Exhibit A.
