I respectfully request that the County reassess my <br /> property's valuation in light of this comparable sales data. <br /> Evidence submitted by the county representative: <br /> • The County recommends lowering the effective year built from 2014 to 2009 for lack of <br /> updates,resulting in a reduction in value from$450,200 to 440,000.
