Site Improvements shown hereon and/or referenced as future Site Improvements <br /> hereon or in the Conceptual Construction Projection of this Conditional Zoning <br /> application establish local building footprints and shall not be construed to specify exact <br /> locations or size of buildings or other improvements or otherwise restrict the limits of <br /> disturbance.
