If the project does <br /> not require an LDP an Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan Waiver will be needed <br /> for adherence to Section 6.15.6(C) of the UDO. Orange County strongly advises the <br /> applicant to submit a LDP upfront that accounts for the total project disturbance including <br /> any roads and buildings being proposed. <br /> 2. Based on the submitted materials, the project isn't proposing a stream crossing that <br /> doesn't already exist.
