These materials have been shared with various <br /> State agencies via the NC Department of Administration's State Clearinghouse. Planning staff have <br /> reviewed the materials and agree with a determination of"Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI)" as <br /> required in Section 2.25.1 (B) (5) of the UDO (Attachment 5).
