109 <br /> b. Buffer areas that do not currently meet vegetation standards for required buffers will not <br /> require new plantings or other screening; and <br /> c. By approval of a detailed Landscape Protection and Re-vegetation Plan, selected <br /> individual trees within buffer areas may be removed and replaced. <br /> 5.
