20 . Use of Name and Dissemination of Information . The COUNTY reserves the right to <br /> share TABLE ' s contact and basic demographic information with governmental and non- <br /> profit organizations . The COUNTY may not share TABLE ' s information with other <br /> individuals or companies without prior written permission from TABLE . Either party has <br /> the right to use the other ' s name and other ' s internet or social media posts in its advertising <br /> and promotional materials . <br /> 21 . Public Records . TABLE acknowledges that farm records reported to the COUNTY <br /> per the terms of the License are public records and subject to public records requests . <br /> 22 . Survival . Those terms that by their nature necessarily survive termination of this <br /> Agreement shall survive , including but not limited to those provisions dealing with <br /> insurance and indemnification . <br /> 23 . Notices .
