29 <br /> 4.4 MEASUREMENT - SCALES <br /> The Contractor must have calibrated truck scales to record the weight of all delivered loads. The <br /> facility shall have a process to accurately record the weight and time of all deliveries so that <br /> material quantities can be accurately weighed and accounted for in reporting and in calculating <br /> recycling revenues. <br /> 4.5 INSPECTIONS <br /> OCSW has the right to make periodic inspections of any facility that the Contractor uses to dispose <br /> material received from the County. <br /> 4.6 REPORTING <br /> The selected Contractor will be required to provide monthly, and annual reports to OCSW of the <br /> total quantities of MSW tons accepted and associated disposal fees. <br /> 4.7 INVOICING <br /> The Contractor will provide monthly invoices to OCSW. The Contractor's invoices will show the <br /> detailed calculation of the disposal Fee owed. <br /> The invoice shall explicitly list the following elements for MSW Disposal: <br /> • Current month tonnage disposed per day <br /> • Rate per ton per day <br /> • Disposal fee per day <br /> • Summary of total tons per month <br /> • Invoice shall be sent electronically to AP address <br /> 4.9 CONSIDERATIONS FOR THE FUTURE <br /> The decision to make any of the proposed changes to County's disposal program is per the <br /> County's discretion and is dependent upon approval of budgetary increase. <br /> 4.10 PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS for MSW <br /> Submitted proposal must follow the following the same order and format as listed in sections 3.1 <br /> of this RFP. <br /> 17 <br />
