Vendor RFP responses shall include the <br /> following items and those attachments should be arranged in the following order: <br /> 3.1.1 Introduction <br /> • This section must include a brief statement of Proposer's Company Background, Contact <br /> Information, Federal ID number, and must include the signature of an individual who is <br /> authorized to bind the Proposer contractually(Services Agreement RFP/RFQ). <br /> 3.1.2 Statement of Understanding of Services Sought by County- <br /> This section must include a statement of Proposer's understanding of the services being <br /> sought by the County, and include a description of Scope of Work for accepting and <br /> processing recyclables. <br /> 3.1.3 Materials Accepted for Recycling <br /> Provide a detailed list, with pictures, of items accepted and not accepted as part of the <br /> collection program. ONLY materials that the processor can and will recycle should be <br /> included on the list. For example, if there is not a known available market for clamshells, <br /> they should not be included in the acceptable list. <br /> 3.1.4 Subcontractors <br /> This section must include a description of the proposed involvement of subcontractors, <br /> including potential uses and responsibilities. <br /> 13 <br />
