Invest in our infrastructure to reduce the environmental impact of the <br /> County fleet/facilities and improve safety. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board approve and authorize the <br /> County to enter into a contractual agreement with WM Recycling America, LLC and Waste <br /> Management of Carolina, Inc., to provide Recycling material processing and Municipal Solid <br /> Waste (MSW) disposal services, and authorize the Manager to sign the contract for Recycling <br /> and Municipal solid waste processing and disposal as set forth in the RFP. <br />
