Establish baseline and increase by 5 per year <br /> the number of individuals moved from Bridge <br /> Housing programs to stable permanent housing.Y <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> N01M I CAROLINA <br /> 5 <br /> 6 Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked if the actual gap in housing was considered when <br /> 7 creating performance measure 1. <br /> 8 Travis Myren said the measure was bound by funding limitations in the CIP. <br /> 9 Commissioner Greene said that when thinking of housing, towns should be considered <br /> 10 since most of the housing needs are there. <br /> 11 Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked if they know what numbers each municipality is <br /> 12 addressing. <br /> 13 Chair Bedford said that is one of the red boxes they submitted for the Land Use Plan. She <br /> 14 said that she thinks that Chapel Hill has a study and they think that Chapel Hill has plans to build <br /> 15 the 9,000 in the town. <br /> 16 Commissioner Portie-Ascott said not everyone is going to want to live in town, some will <br /> 17 want to live in the county. <br /> 18 Commissioner Carter asked if the distinction could be made by those that are funded by <br /> 19 the county vs. those that are not funded by the county. <br />
