28 <br /> 6.3.10 Recommendation #10: 6.3.12 Recommendation #12: Offer <br /> Enforcement at Unstaffed Multiple Cart Sizes <br /> WRCs: Staff and/or Cameras Recommendation #12 suggests offering recycling carts of <br /> In the present system,the Towns authorize enforcement of the multiple sizes to customers.Offering more than one size option <br /> County's Regulated Recyclable Material Ordinance (RRMO) makes recycling easier for residents who require smaller cart <br /> within their municipal limits. The County assists the Towns' sizes for accessibility.Multiple cart sizes could lead to increased <br /> staff members in enforcing the RRMO and landfill bans on participation in recycling. <br /> privately collected waste containers.
