12 <br /> 3.3.3 Revenues The Solid Waste Management Department provides residential <br /> The bulk of the revenues-82.5%—are derived from the Every Other Week(EOW)single-stream recyclables collection to <br /> Solid Waste Programs Fee, which is a single County-wide fee homes in the county's unincorporated areas.The Department <br /> assessed on each improved parcel within the County in both operates three(3)residential fully automated collection routes <br /> the incorporated and unincorporated areas of the County, as per day, Monday through Friday, for a total of thirty (30) <br /> well as the portion of Chapel Hill not in the County.The fee is collection routes based on the EOW level of service.
