Article 10: Definitions 44 <br /> Section 10.1: Definitions <br /> c) Extend public water and/or sanitary sewerage systems other than laterals to serve individual lots- <br /> d) Necessitate the installation of drainage improvements which would require easements throug <br /> one or more lots to serve other lots; and <br /> e) t the option of the applicant, involve vesting of the subdivision for a period greater than e <br /> ye <br /> Substantial mage <br /> Damage of any orig sustained by a structure during any one year period whereby a cost of restoring <br /> the structure to its befo -damaged condition would equal or exceed 50% of the rket value of the <br /> structure before the dam a occurred. See definition of"substantial improve nt." Substantial damage <br /> also means flood-related da ge sustained by a structure on two separate ccasions during aten-year <br /> period for which the cost of rep ' s at the time of each such flood event, the average, equals or <br /> exceeds 25% of the market value the structure before the damage ccurred. <br /> Substantial improvement <br /> Any combination of repairs, reconstruction, habilitation, a ition, or other improvement of a structure, <br /> taking place during any one year period where the cos f which equals or exceeds 50% of the market <br /> value of the structure before the start of construc ' n o he improvement. This term includes structures, <br /> which have incurred substantial damage, regardles f the actual repair work performed. <br /> The term does not, however, include either: <br /> a) Any correction of existing violatio of State or Oran County health, sanitary, or safety code <br /> specifications which have been ' entified by the Orang ounty code enforcement official and <br /> which are the minimum nec sary to assure safe living co itions, or <br /> b) Any alteration of a histori tructure provided that the alterati will not preclude the structure's <br /> continued designation s a historic structure and the alteration i pproved by a variance issued <br /> pursuant to this Or i ance. <br /> Support System <br /> A combination of ters, piers, caps, and shims that will, when properly installed, s ort the mobile <br /> home. As defined in this <br /> section an accessory use is a secondary use. <br /> Telecommunication Facilities, Antenna <br /> Communications equipment that transmits, receives, or transmits and receives electromagnetic radio <br /> signals used in the provision of all types of wireless communications services. 1 <br /> Telecommunication Facilities, ANSIMA-222 <br /> Telecommunications Industry Association Standard 222- (or most recent standard) (Structural Standards <br /> for Antenna Supporting Structures and Antenna Supporting Structures") and ANSI /TIA-322 Standard <br /> ("Loading, Analysis and Design Criteria Related to the Installation, Alteration and Maintenance of <br /> Communication Structures.").
