Article 8: Nonconformities 43 <br /> Section 8.14: NONCONFORMING WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATION FACILITIES <br /> (A) Lawfully established wireless telecommunications facilities in operation prior to <br /> April 5, 2011, that do not comply with these standards may remain and operate as <br /> nonconforming uses. <br /> (B) Ordinary and routine maintenance may be performed on a nonconforming wireless <br /> telecommunications facility. <br /> (C) In the event a nonconforming telecommunications tower is removed, it shall not be <br /> replaced with another nonconforming wireless telecommunications tower. <br /> Orange County, North Carolina—Unified Development Ordinance Page 8-6 <br />
