Article 5: Uses 36 <br /> Section 5.10: Standards for Telecommunication Facilities <br /> (4) Facilities shall contain a sign no larger than four square feet to provide adequate <br /> notification to people in the immediate area of the presence of RF radiation or to <br /> control exposure to RF radiation within a given area. <br /> (5) A sign no larger than four square feet containing the names) of the owner(s) and <br /> operator(s) of the antenna(s), as well as emergency phone number(s), shall be <br /> installed. The sign shall be on an equipment shelter or cabinet and be visible <br /> from the access point of the site. <br /> (6) The use of a wireless support structure for signs or advertising purposes <br /> including company name, banners, streamers, flags, or other similar devices is <br /> strictly prohibited. <br /> (J) Retention of expert assistance and reimbursement by applicant <br /> The County may hire any consultant and/or expert necessary to assist the County in <br /> reviewing and evaluating applications for a wireless telecommunications facility, including <br /> the construction and modification of the site. The County consultants/experts shall invoice <br /> the County for its services in reviewing the application, including the construction and <br /> modification of the site, once permitted. The fees for these services shall be reimbursed <br /> by the applicant up to the statutory limits. <br /> 5.10.3 Submittal Requirements for all New Wireless Telecommunication Facilities and Substantial <br /> Modifications Requiring a Special Use Permit <br /> An application meeting the requirements of Sections 2.7, 5.10.2, and this section is required. The <br /> application will be processed as any other application for a Special Use Permit (SUP) provided <br /> that the standards of this section are met. <br /> (A) Procedure for Approval <br /> (1) Applications shall be approved according to the following schedule.
