The project is <br /> located within 80.52 acres of property at 9900 NC 57, Rougemont. The request <br /> proposes development consisting of: <br /> • A request for a 10.1 acre subdivision will be requested to be rezoned into the <br /> REDA-CD-1 zoning in accordance with Orange County's LIDO. The REDA <br /> district is designed to foster economic development, and Bully Self Storage is <br /> ideally positioned to capitalize on this vision. <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required Site <br /> Plan, dated April 01, 2024 and made available November 6, 2024. These findings <br /> should not be interpreted as the Division's final analysis/approval of the proposed <br /> development. Soil and site evaluations have not been conducted by the Orange <br /> County Health Department, Environmental Health Division. The Health Department's <br /> role in the Amendment is compliance to the Orange County Unified Development <br /> Ordinance. <br />
