77 <br /> also comply with Section 2.20 of the UDO and submit a Buffer Use Authorization <br /> Certificate (BAC) application for disturbances inside the regulated stream buffer. <br /> 2. Based on the submitted materials, the project isn't proposing a stream crossing. If the <br /> project proposes a crossing and/or is disturbing the stream channel a Pre-Authorization <br /> Construction Notification (PCN) application will need to be submitted to the United <br /> States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for the scope of work and a USACE <br /> Jurisdictional Determination (JD) must be forwarded to Orange County staff. <br /> 3. Based on the information provided and for the proposed/assumed limits of disturbance, <br /> the project will need a Land Disturbance Permit (LDP). If this project requires a LDP the <br /> applicant must adhere to Sections 2.18, 2.19, and 6.15 of the UDO. If the project does <br /> not require an LDP an Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan Waiver will be needed <br /> for adherence to Section 6.15.6(C) of the UDO. That detail will need to be the driveway <br /> entrance constructed. <br /> ■ 10X70 sight distance triangles will need to be drawn on the site and <br /> landscaping plans <br /> • Those triangles will need to be clear of vegetation and anything <br /> that may obstruct sight. <br /> o The applicant will need to further evaluate and verify that roadway geometry and <br /> proposed access location provides adequate sight distance per NCDOT and <br /> AASHTO requirements. <br />
