In addition, the project is proposing a secondary access north of the proposed 11.22- <br /> acre parcel, in order to meet NC Fire Code regulations. Per NCDOT, the secondary access shall meet its <br /> minimum design guidelines and include a 25-ft. wide paved driveway connecting to NC 57. Prior to <br /> performing work in the NCDOT right of way, the applicant will need to obtain an approved NCDOT <br /> driveway permit. <br /> Based on the application and total number of trips to be generated, a TIA was not required, per Section <br /> 6.18.2 of the UDO.
