Those are just a separate process that they follow <br /> 943 through for the zoning compliance permit. <br /> 944 <br /> 945 Beth Bronson: Okay. Thank you for answering all the questions. <br /> 946 <br /> 947 Justin Chandler: Yeah, absolutely. And again,to reiterate exactly what she said, basically we've already submitted <br /> 948 the erosion control and stormwater plans and they're being currently reviewed by the county. And <br /> 949 again it's 11.22 acres, not all of that's impervious. <br /> 950 <br /> 951 Beth Bronson: Nine of it is. <br /> 952 <br /> 953 Justin Chandler: A lot of it is,yes. <br /> 954 <br /> 955 Beth Bronson: 9.25, acres of impervious surface. On an 11-acre parcel. <br /> 956 <br /> 957 Justin Chandler: But it's enough within the 80-acre parcel, between the entirety of the 80.52 acres. <br /> 958 <br /> 959 Beth Bronson: That is understandable. But in that sense why would it be subdivided then. And that's just a <br /> 960 completely philosophical question. <br /> 961 <br /> 962 Justin Chandler: Oh, okay. <br /> 963 <br /> 964 Beth Bronson: Yeah, it has nothing to do with this. And that's understandable. And again,there was another <br /> 965 one, a case sometime last year or the year before where there was an impervious surface <br /> 966 easement and there was some kind of development. The acreage that is over by Waterstone, <br /> 967 they wanted to develop it into multi-use and there was some agreement that was 20 years old that <br /> 968 said that they weren't going to develop on that land, and I think that's why I'm having questions <br /> 969 about it, is because now in 20 years if you say, okay,well I'm actually ready to make townhomes <br /> 970 or something like that, how are we going to know that that impervious surface is tied, or that <br /> 971 pervious surface is,you know,tied to the 11 acres. <br /> 972 <br /> 973 Ashley Moncado: That's why it's a recorded document. With anything, it's our go to look at the Register of Deeds. <br /> 974 <br /> 975 Beth Bronson: Exactly. <br /> 976 <br /> 977 Chris Johnston: I believe Charity has an amendment. <br /> 978 <br /> 979 Charity Kirk: Yeah, I would like to amend Condition 15 to clearly state that all landscaping needs to come from <br /> 980 the Orange County preferred plant list. <br /> 981 <br /> 982 Lamar Proctor: You cool with that? <br /> 983 <br /> 984 Justin Chandler: Absolutely. <br /> 985 <br /> 986 Lamar Proctor: All right.
