Statler Gilfillen: Okay. And are some of these insulated? Some of them not insulated.

Justin Chandler: Non-insulated.

Statler Gilfillen: Basically, metal building storage facilities we're used to seeing.

Justin Chandler: Correct.

Statler Gilfillen: Okay. Have you discussed this with the Fire Marshall?

Justin Chandler: The Fire Marshall, in the initial DAC review, was asked for comment. I actually spoke with him
outside, or post the comment phase about the drive access, and asked him were there any
additional concerns that he had, at which point I addressed the secondary drive access.

Statler Gilfillen: All right. My background, in the 1980's, I did well over$20 million with the design for major
storage facilities just like this. This is not about my work or any conflict here, but I have some
experience dealing with this. And your question somewhat avoids one of the major issues that 1
ran up against. When you have these many facilities, and they are individual citizens putting their
items in storage, many of those items can be flammable. It's very hard to control whether
somebody puts 20 cans of paint or even gasoline in some of these facilities. So,therefore fire can
be a serious issue. Therefore, the ability of fire trucks to come on and quickly maneuver around
the property, as well as having enough outlets for the hoses for the fire trucks to connect into are
major issues. I'm looking at this plan, and I'm concerned that the safety, and a Fire Marshall,
locally, if he's not dealt with this before, may not raise that question. I'm concerned, from a public
safety standpoint, and the safety of innocent individuals that could lose their life's possessions,
what protection you have given in this facility to that.

Justin Chandler: Yeah, absolutely. I guess give full encompass to the background. If you look at the GIS and you
look across the street, there's another storage facility there. I took a part in that. That's my
family's. That was the process that she was talking about in 2012 and 2021. We received
comment from the Fire Marshall with those. They are very happy with us, and we have put items
in the leasing contract that specifically forbid the storage of anything flammable, explosive, and
you can't store any dangerous items on there that would void the lease. I understand people may
or may not listen to that, and I completely, a hundred percent acknowledge that. They asked us to
increase our aisle size and turn radii, which we have done and incorporated in both facilities. In
this one and the other one. I've also included, if you look at the very back of the site plan that's up
there now, it's a spot for a hammerhead turn section, so fire trucks can come in and easily
maneuver back and forth. It followed the 30-foot radii and 210-foot in length,to address these
concerns for any first responders.

Statler Gilfillen: Thank you. Good luck.

Lamar Proctor: Justin, so you said your family owns the ones across the street.

Justin Chandler: That's correct.

Lamar Proctor: Do you foresee enough business to go through all the phases and complete this project?

Justin Chandler: I hope so.

Lamar Proctor: I guess my question is, did you see an increasing need that this community and the population
around it need more storage areas, and is that why you chose to do this?

Justin Chandler: That is correct.
