The project is <br /> located within 69.58 acres of property at 1125 New Grady Brown Road. The <br /> request proposes development consisting of: <br /> • Application is proposing to re-zone the property to NR-CD for future <br /> development on the school campus <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required Site <br /> Plan, dated October 18, 2024. These findings should not be interpreted as the <br /> Division's final analysis/approval of the proposed development.
