The applicant and property <br /> owner are requesting a rezoning of the +/-69.58 acres property to NR-CD. The applicant has provided a <br /> site-specific plan featuring the existing high school, tennis courts, track and field facilities, accessory <br /> structures, and the proposed pole barn. <br /> What is this meeting for? <br /> The Orange County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the proposed rezoning. <br /> Interested persons are invited to address the County Commissioners with their comments regarding the <br /> rezoning application. The Orange County Planning Board, an advisory board comprised of appointed <br /> volunteers, reviewed this application at its April 9, 2025 regular meeting and voted to recommend <br /> approval of the rezoning request. <br />
