Invoices not paid within thirty (30) <br />days after the date of invoice will be subject to a finance charge of one and one-half percent (1½%) per month (18% per annum) on any unpaid <br />balance. Additionally, this Advertising Agreement and Mann Media, Inc.’s invoices constitute “evidence of indebtedness”, and Mann Media, Inc. <br />shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of collection in the event of legal action to collect any past due balance. <br />Responsibility for Charges: Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Mann Media, Inc., the Advertiser and the Agency are jointly responsible to <br />Mann Media, Inc. for all charges, finance charges, and costs of collection. <br />Advertiser Signature: _____________________________________________________Date: ________________ <br />Exhibit 1Docusign Envelope ID: FCE30048-983B-4032-99E4-FC2B8A9E39A0
