<br />4. Payment Terms. Fees and payment terms are detailed in the SOW. <br />a. Should Client fail to make payment on time, Client is subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per <br />month on any outstanding balance. <br />b. In the event of early termination, Client is liable for all outstanding invoices for Services <br />rendered as of the effective date of termination. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the <br />invoice date. <br />c. All payments due are in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes, which will be the sole responsibility <br />of Client. <br /> <br />5. Cancellation. See the applicable cancellation policies below.
