This index is the most accurate index for waste and recycling <br /> services. The index was created by municipalities specifically for municipal services involving water, <br /> sewer, and trash. CPI adjustments are not inclusive of landfill rate increases or governmental regulation <br /> changes which result in increased cost. <br /> 4. We are happy to discuss co-sponsored community events, to be negotiated if awarded this contract. <br /> 5.
