26 <br /> 3.1.5 Data Management <br /> Contractor's data management system for acquiring and tracking customer and materials <br /> data. Also includes what method will be utilized to provide accurate reports by material to <br /> the County. <br /> 3.1.6 Current/Past Experience and References <br /> This section must include a description of Contractor's current and past experience <br /> providing services similar to those that the County seeks. This section must include a list <br /> of clients to whom similar services have been provided within the past three(3)years. The <br /> list of clients must include accurate name, phone number, and email address of contact <br /> person. Current and / or past clients may be asked by County to provide reference for <br /> Proposer. <br /> 3.1.7 Technical Expertise <br /> This section must include a description of Contractor's technical expertise in the <br /> processing and marketing of recyclables. Include in this section an explanation of <br /> Contractor's knowledge and understanding of applicable laws, rules and regulations and <br /> experience working with relevant regulatory agencies. <br /> 3.1.7.1 Experience of Key Personnel and experience of subcontractors <br /> 3.1.8 Transition Plan <br /> Include detailed transition plan from current recycling processor that describes plans and <br /> schedule of events for the provision of services. The transition plan will serve as an <br /> attachment to the approved contract once approved by the County. <br /> 3.1.9 Facilities to be used to process/ manage collected recyclable materials. <br /> 3.1.10 Pricin <br /> Firms may submit the pricing proposal for Option 1- Recycling Proposal, Option 2-MSW <br /> Management Proposal or both. <br /> This section should contain 2 subsections, as follows: <br /> • Pricing Proposal - See Attachment B. <br /> • Contaminants Proposal- Please include listing of the items that will be classified as <br /> contaminants. Please include method that will be used to identify, and document <br /> loads exceeding allowable contamination. <br /> 3.1.11 Financial Capability and Insurance - <br /> This section must include an indication of financial capability for handling services to be <br /> delivered, including Insurance Coverage Insurance coverage requirements are listed in <br /> the County Contract,Services Agreement RFP/RFQ. <br /> 3.1.12 E-Verify affidavit. Include a notarized copy in your proposal. <br /> 3.1.13 Iran Divestment Act Certification (Attachment A) <br /> 3.1.14 See attached Orange County Non-Discrimination Ordinance. Complete the attached <br /> Orange County Nondiscrimination Certification and include it with your submittal. <br /> 14 <br />
