The term of the Agreement <br /> between County and Contractor will be for an initial five(5)years, proposed to be on or before July <br /> 1, 2025, through June 30, 2030. At the close of the initial five (5)year term the contract may be <br /> extended at the option of the County and with the agreement of Contractor to include up to two (2) <br /> additional two (2) year renewal periods provided that: <br /> • Funds are authorized annually by the Board of Orange County Commissioners, and <br /> • The Contract is not otherwise terminated through provisions of another clause of the Contract. <br /> 1.12.1 Proposal Evaluation and Selection <br /> Proposals will be evaluated and selected according to the criteria set forth in Section 3.3. <br /> 7 <br />
