The project is <br /> located within 190.60 acres of property at 4901 Dairyland Road. The request <br /> proposes development consisting of: <br /> ■ 38 lots <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required <br /> Site Plan, dated February 6, 2025, and made available on February 6, 2025. <br /> These findings should not be interpreted as the Division's final analysis/approval of <br /> the proposed development. Soil and site evaluations have not been conducted by <br /> the Orange County Health Department, Environmental Health Division.
