Two separate fire access roads will be required unless homes are equipped with <br /> automatic sprinkler systems or dwelling units on a single fire access road shall <br /> not be increased unless fire apparatus access roads will connect with future <br /> development. <br /> Applicant Response: Added as a Fire and Life Safety Note on the Cover Sheet. <br /> 2. Approved driving surface shall support load of 75,000 pounds. <br /> Applicant Response: Note added to Preliminary Plat "Surfacing and structural <br /> capacity of the fire access shall be determined at the time of final plat." <br /> 3.
