Please add the following note to the Final Plat: Orange County Erosion Control and Stormwater Note: Orange County regulates: Land Disturbance (UDO Section 2.18); Stormwater Management (UDO Section 2.21); Impervious Limits (UDO Section 4.2); Stream Buffer buffers UDO Section 2.20); Floodplain Development (UDO Section 2.6); Watershed Protection (UDO Section 4.2), and High-Quality Water Zone areas (HQW) (UDO Section 4.2). Before building, installing, developing or land disturbing on any parcel or area within the subdivision, please contact the Orange County Erosion Control and Stormwater Division to determine which regulations may apply. Orange County also strongly advises the applicant to submit a Land Disturbance Permit (LDP) before final plat recordation to account for the total regulated disturbance(s), including any roads and lots within the subdivision area. If permanent Stormwater Control Measures (SCMs) are constructed to meet Stormwater Management requirements, then the SCM(s) may require the recordation of permanent stormwater maintenance easements and/or access easements (accessible via the nearest public right of way) to provide perpetual access to the SCM(s) for Orange County inspection. Applicant Response: Note will be added at time of Final Plat. 3. Based on the information provided a Land Disturbance Permit will be required for this project. We recommend including the road disturbance along with the 38-lot disturbance to be under one permit. Applicant Response: Land Disturbance Permit will be obtained at time of Final Plat. 4. The proposal shows the road going over a stream, to comply with Orange County standards the applicant will need to apply with Orange County for a Buffer Authorization Certificate. The applicant will also need to apply for a 401/404 permit with the State. Applicant Response: Buffer Authorization Certificate has been applied for. Application for a 401/404 permits are in progress.
