4. Analysis of Exisdrzg Conditions <br />The Schools Facilities Task Force developed <br />a system to calculate capacity. Any changes <br />year to year will be monitored, reviewed, <br />recorded by the SAPFOTAC on approved <br />forms distributed to SAPFO partners and <br />certified upon approval by the Board of <br />County Commissioners in eazly 2004. <br />The requested change is noted on I.B.4 <br />S.
