35 <br /> 1 Slide #2 <br /> • Dec 2, 2024 - Board approves use of Construction Manager-at-Risk <br /> procurement process for Crisis Diversion Facility <br /> • January 7, 2025—County issues RFQ 367-005447 for the selection of a firm <br /> to be the Construction Manager at Risk("CMAR") <br /> • March 6 & 10'", 2025— Eight firms submit proposals, with 3 firms selected for <br /> interview by Evaluation Committee <br /> • April 15tH—Board approves Gilbane Construction Company to provide CMAR <br /> services for the Crisis Diversion Facility <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> 2 <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Slide #3 <br /> N EST STEPS <br /> • Spring 2025-Site Plan is submitted to Hillsborough for approval <br /> • Summar 2025--Design completed, with input from Gilbane, and submitted to <br /> permitting authorities <br /> • Fall 2025—Permits are approved, Gilbane bids projects <br /> • Winter 2025—The Board will approve a Guaranteed Maximum (Price("GMP") <br /> for constructing the Crisis Diversion Facility. <br /> — A GMP is the total price the County will pay to construct the facility.
