Meg Millard: The wells are outside of that 11 acres.

Ashley Moncado: I believe there's also a condition to record off-site easements for wastewater utilities.

Beth Bronson: Okay. So, it's not like its own well, or septic.

Ashley Moncado: And that could be for just the applicant, but yes, and then as part of the subdivision process, most
likely we're going to have a conversation with Environmental Health, because they will also require
easements for those utilities, and whether that will be through the subdivision process or a
separate plat that the applicant has to get those easements for the well and for the septic system.

Beth Bronson: If he's required.

Ashley Moncado: He will be required. They will possibly require new permits to be issued, I believe due to the new
parcel line splitting the utilities.

Beth Bronson: Now, has there been a survey of that land where there's any abandoned wells or septic, or is it
just not at that point?

Ashley Moncado: 1, again, if the applicant wants to answer, but this did go through DAC. At that time is usually
when we receive comments from Environmental Health. This was presented to them. At that time,
1 think it was more of a 10 acres parcel when it went through DAC. I don't believe that we
received any comments from them. Again, that would be a process that the applicant would have
to follow through whether it's through the subdivision, prior to the subdivision approval, or
immediately following the subdivision approval. Environmental Health will work with him.

Justin Chandler: So,we have the GIS pulled up here. And you can kind of get a little bit better picture of it. Of the
location. And the offset, and the purpose for the offset.

Beth Bronson: The offset of?

Justin Chandler: Of where the proposed 11-acre subdivision will be.

Beth Bronson: So, like the offset from the cleared area is what you're saying?

Justin Chandler: Exactly.

Beth Bronson: That makes sense. Because that 11 acres is towards the bottom. Correct?

Justin Chandler: Yes, it's in this area. Right here. Probably half of it, or roughly half of it is already cleared.

Beth Bronson: You're saying it slopes down to the west?

Justin Chandler: Yeah, in the center of the track. So,the way it was, the way the track was graded, you would
think it's flat. The center of the track is significantly sloped down, and it's got a drainage pipe that
runs through the center, right here. And comes out on the pond side. So, it actually travels about
100-foot underground. So,filling that in would obviously disrupt a lot of the drainage.

Beth Bronson: That makes a lot of sense. And then, eventually, the 11 acres will be completely separated from
the go-kart track parcel? Like the parcel that it'd be located on,the go-kart track will be completely
separate from the 11 acres?

Ashley Moncado: That will remain as AR,yes.
