He said that in the 1980s, there were multiple <br /> years of major increases, and he does not want to get back in that because the escalation of <br /> values is not going to change. He said the trailing effect of valuation will not change. He said he <br /> wants to be very careful when he looks at this because the kids and grandkids will have to pay <br /> for this.
