Solar panels and <br />batteries to power system - Renogy 1.2kW Essential Kit. <br /> <br /> Purpose: Operation “freight farm” is a self contained vertical farming system that is housed in a 40’ <br />shipping container. This project is meant to tackle some of the main challenges with growing food at scale, <br />including efficient water usage, compact growing area, year-round food production and toxin-free produce <br />grown without the use of harmful chemicals.
