This will be limited to <br />two per year up to five years from the date of award or as otherwise agreed to by the Recipient and Orange <br />County Economic Development Office. <br /> <br />Exhibit C <br /> <br />Additional Information <br /> <br />Use of Funds: $9,958 towards Equipment – BCS walk behind tractor, attachment <br />power harrow 30”, and accessory wheel extensions 22”. <br /> <br />Project: Our project seeks funding to acquire a BCS walk-behind tractor and power <br />harrow attachment to enhance the efficiency, quality, and profitability of our market <br />gardening operation at Rose Produce. As we continue to grow our presence at the <br />Carrboro Farmers Market expand our medicinal herb CSA, and develop various value- <br />added products, this equipment will play a critical role in supporting our farm’s <br />ongoing growth and sustainability. The acquisition of the BCS tractor is part of a larger <br />initiative to invest in equipment that will streamline essential tasks, improve production <br />quality, and enable us to scale operations effectively.
