The Department on Aging has received an additional $29,953 for Community Based <br /> Services classes and $1,080 for Facility Use Fees. These additional funds will be used to <br /> purchase supplies to support the Community Based Services program. This budget <br /> amendment provides for the receipt and use of these funds within the General Fund. <br /> 7. The Department on Aging has received an additional $2,884 for Fitness Studio Fees. <br /> These additional funds will be used to pay for class instructors and related class expenses. <br /> This budget amendment provides for the receipt and use of these funds within the General <br /> Fund. <br /> 8. The Department on Aging has received additional Title III D Health Promotion and Disease <br /> Prevention (HPDP) funding of$2,128 from Central Pines Area Agency on Aging to provide <br /> evidence-based classes and programs. This budget amendment provides for the receipt <br /> and use of these funds within the General Fund. <br /> 9. The Department on Aging has received an additional grant award of$16,146 as part of the <br /> American Rescue Plan Act State Senior Center funds through Central Pines Council of <br /> Governments. These funds will be used toward window tinting at the Seymour Center and <br /> other Department of Aging projects to be identified.
