2 <br /> Tenant-Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) to be managed by the Orange County Partnership to <br /> End Homelessness (OCPEH) with its Rapid Rehousing Program. <br /> Based on all comments received, the 2025 Annual Action Plan will be presented at the Board's <br /> June 17, 2025, Business meeting for approval. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with the public hearing. The federal <br /> grant in question provides approximately $400,000 in annual funding to the Housing Department. <br /> ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC PLAN: This item supports: <br /> • GOAL 2: HOUSING FOR ALL <br /> OBJECTIVE 1. Use regular federal and local funds to build and/or acquire new affordable <br /> housing. <br /> OBJECTIVE 7. Expand resources and invest in housing designed for our aging and <br /> disabled residents. <br /> OBJECTIVE 8. Rehabilitate and repair existing housing to preserve naturally occurring <br /> affordable housing and avoid displacement. <br /> OBJECTIVE 10. Support unhoused residents in obtaining temporary and permanent <br /> housing. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board conduct the public hearing <br /> to receive public comments on the Draft 2025 Annual Action Plan. <br />
