13 <br /> Exhibit B <br /> PURPOSE <br /> Farming Activities and Equipment at Property <br /> Scope of Activity: Planting, maintaining, and harvesting organic vegetables for the purpose of <br /> distributing produce to children in Orange County, NC in need of additional nutritious food. One <br /> part-time contractor will support and oversee the operations of the farm as well as manage <br /> volunteers. A tractor to till the soil and prepare the beds may be required one time per year, at <br /> most. The tractor shall enter the Property at the designated access point in Exhibit A.
