Approval of Professional Services Agreement for Historic Courthouse Square Building <br /> 7 and Grounds Improvements <br /> 8 The Board: <br /> 9 1) Approved the County entering into a professional services agreement with Joseph K. <br /> 10 Oppermann —Architect, P.A., for the Historic Courthouse Square Building and Grounds <br /> 11 Improvements; and <br /> 12 2) Authorized the County Manager to execute the Agreement, subject to final review by the <br /> 13 County Attorney, and any subsequent amendments for contingent and unforeseen <br /> 14 requirements up to the approved budget amount on behalf of the Board of County <br /> 15 Commissioners. <br /> 16 f. Native Plant Month Proclamation <br /> 27 The Board approved a proclamation designating April 2025 as "Native Plant Month" in Orange <br /> 28 County. <br /> 29 i. Fair Housing Month Proclamation <br /> 30 The Board approved a proclamation designating April 2025 as Fair Housing Month in Orange <br /> 31 County. <br /> 32 j. Purchase of an Enterprise Licensing Agreement for Geographic Information System <br /> 33 (GIS) Software from Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) <br /> 34 The Board approved and authorized the Manager to sign contract documents with Environmental <br /> 35 Systems Research Institute (ESRI) to expand the County's existing GIS software agreement to a <br /> 36 county-wide enterprise license agreement. <br /> 37 k. VIPER Migration Implementation Assistance Extension <br /> 38 The Board: <br /> 39 1) Approved the County entering into a general Services Agreement with Federal <br /> 40 Engineering, Inc., for the VIPER Implementation Support; and <br /> 41 2) Authorized the County Manager to execute the Agreement, subject to final review by the <br /> 42 County Attorney, and any subsequent amendments for contingent and unforeseen <br /> 43 requirements up to the approved budget amount on behalf of the Board of County <br /> 44 Commissioners. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 9.
